The Weekly Meditation Series: Have Your Space

Having your space means that you get to be the most important energy inside of you. Your senses and thoughts and feelings all belong to you, and you get to enjoy your abilities in any way you choose, when you have your space for yourself.

The ‘Have Your Space’ meditation will help you regain your space, and release any energies that have been taking up your space, leaving you feeling tired, blocked, and irritated because you have no space. This can include your job, relationships, the news, and any energies out in the world. Regain your space and you can think more clearly, sleep better, and feel good too. This meditation is 35 minutes long.
